InterBrew operates on a credit-based system. When you purchase a plan, you receive credits that can be used to access various interview types on our platform. Each interview type consumes a specific number of credits based on its duration and complexity.
Important: Credits are non-transferable and are tied to your account. They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.
Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are final and non-refundable under normal circumstances. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, we cannot issue refunds simply because you've changed your mind or no longer wish to use the service.
We encourage you to take advantage of any free credits or trial features available before making a purchase to ensure our platform meets your needs.
